It has a flat back face and slightly flattened top with central circular aperture.
This spindle whorl measures 19.02mm in diameter, 11.37mm in height, 18.93g in weight.
There are similar examples from Suffolk recorded on the PAS database (SF-195A55), (SF-EFBE42), (SF-4DEBF3).
This is a relatively simple cast lead spindle whorl that could be of any date from the Roman period onwards.
