Post-medieval copper alloy harness mount with a pair of integral round-sectioned attachment spikes on the reverse. The form is broadly comparable with that of Read 2001 no. 292, but the object is smaller and is decorated with two oblique grooves between a pair of transverse grooves near the narrow end. Length 22.7mm. Width 9.4mm. 17th century.
