Lead shot. Cast ball with a limited flattened area on one side, possibly recent as grey metal shows here, and a more extensive flattened area on the opposite side. Patinated overall. The mass, at under one ounce, may suggest this was used with a smoothbore pistol, carbine or light musket of military specification. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1600-1800.
