Copper alloy spherical bell fragment. Cast fragment from the lower hemisphere of a spherical bell. One side of a sounding slot and rayed or petal decoration remains; other edges are broken. A silvery tint may arise from the presence of tin in the metal mix, included for its acoustic properties. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1500-1700.
