A knapped flint borer of probable Neolithic or Early Bronze Age date (c. 4000-1000 BC). The flint is a tertiary flake and is sub-trapezoidal and trapezoidal in cross-section. It is orange-brown in colour. Two edges have been shaped with short, sub-parallel, semi-abrupt retouch to create one pronounced point on one side. The borer is 18.2 mm in length, 25.9 mm wide, 3.8 mm thick and weighs 1.6 g.
