A base silver Republican denarius of Mark Antony dating to the period 32 - 31 BC (Reece Period 1). LEG X[-]II reverse depicting legionary eagle between two standards. Travelling mint.

The debased nature of this coinage meant that is remained in circulation for an extended period into the 3rd century AD so are most often found in very worn condition or with bankers' assay marks.
