Copper alloy unidentified object. Cast object comprising a plano-convex discoid handle, and a round section shank of diameter 11mm whose sides are bevelled towards a thick T-shaped terminal with near-horizontal marks on one side. This element itself tapers slightly from one end to another, by c.1mm, possibly as a result of wear. Possibly from machinery. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1800-1900.
