Medieval gilt copper alloy harness pendant articulated with its suspension mount. The pendant is elongated leaf-shaped with a small, rounded lobe at the base. The undecorated front face is convex and the reverse is flat. Above the bifurcated and folded loop the mount is round, with a single integral attachment shank on the reverse. Overall height 46mm. Height of mount 15.4mm, of pendant 36.1mm. Width 7.5mm. Mid 12th - 13th century
