A complete and undecorated cast copper-alloy spherical (crotal) bell of Post-Medieval date.
At the top is an integrally cast rectangular suspension loop, with a central semi-circular aperture. The upper half of the bell has opposing circular sound holes. At the centre of the bell is a prominent circumferential casting ridge. The lower half has two opposing sound holes connected by a long rectangular sound slot. The bell retains its iron pea and still rings.
This bell measures 34.26mm in height, 27.85mm in diameter, 26.43g in weight.
