A copper alloy strap fitting (belt decoration) of probable post-medieval date. The strap fitting is square in plan and has an outer border of rounded mouldings, arranged around the central plain circular field. The reverse of the strap fitting retains one of the two rivets. Probably 16th or early 17th century AD in date.
