An incomplete and clipped Medieval silver halfgroat of Edward IV, Second Reign (1471-1483), minted at Canterbury (Royal), 1477-1480. Initial mark: missing but probably a rose (North 1991: 93, ref: 1638, Type XVIII).

Reverse: [ ]SVI/DEVm (double saltire stop) A[ ]; CIVI/TAS/CAn/TOR; Long cross dividing the inscriptions, C at centre of cross

Diameter: 18.3mm. Weight: 0.83g. DA=12:1.
