Medieval gilt copper alloy horse harness suspension mount, T-shaped, bent horizontal bar with broken twin suspension-loops projecting from the centre of the lower edge. The triangular-sectioned horizontal bar has a transverse rib at both pierced rounded terminals with an elongated lobe. Both ends are perforated and one retains a dome-headed copper alloy rivet. Length (unbent) 55mm. Height 13mm. 13th-14th century.
