An incomplete Scottish silver coin: a penny of David II (1329 - 71), second coinage, large young head (Class B), Edinburgh mint, dating from AD 1357 - 67. The coin is damaged, part of the edge having broken away between 1 o'clock and 4 o'clock on the obverse. It is 18.6mm in diameter and 0.9mm thick. It weighs 0.92gm.
