Dark grey flint of good quality with cortex core. Flint with all-over multi-directional flake removal scars, including long parallel soft hammer working. The unpatinated state of the surface suggests incorporation in a sealed context until recent times. Suggested date: Late Mesolithic, 7000-4000 BC,
