A Medieval to Modern worked bone item, possibly a spatula or handle fragment. The item is broadly leaf-shaped in plan; it tapers to a blunt point at one end. The other end is slightly wider at the point where it has broken. The cross section is lenticular. In profile, there is a slight curve towards the blunt pointed end, which may be due to the original shape of the bone material. The surface of the object has been polished smooth; there are no decoration or other markings visible.
