Roman coin: Probably a copper-alloy as or dupondius dating to the first to third centuries AD. The reverse type is illegible. Probably mint of Rome. The coin has a circular perforation towards the edge probably making the coin into a pendant. The surface of the coin has an incomplete heavy mid brown/green patina, and where this patina is missing there is a dark green shiny patina.
Evidence of reuse: Pierced towards the edge.
