Medieval copper alloy oval buckle frame with a wire pin. The bar is offset and narrowed and the straight and thickened outside is recessed for a sheet roller. Cf. Egan and Pritchard 1991, nos. 288, 298 and 317, although those parts of the outside edge flanking the roller cannot be described as knops and there is no protrusion at the sides. Length 18mm. Width 18.8mm. c.1150 - c.1400.
