An incomplete lead or lead alloy flat triangular weight, of probable Post Medieval to Modern dating (AD 1700 to AD 1900).
The weight is triangular in shape, with a rectangular cross section. The sides are bevelled. The base is flat. There is an incomplete circular hole at the top, which may have originally contained a line.
It measures 36.3 mm in length, a maximum width of 17.9 mm, a minimum width of 5.0 mm, and is 9.7 mm thick. It weighs 31.6 g.
The weight is a mid to dark grey colour, with an even surface patina. Recent damage has resulted in a small diagonal cut towards the top of the weight.
