A cast copper-alloy ring of uncertain date. The object is circular in plan and rectangular in cross-section. The object is worn and there is no visible decoration. One side of the object narrows slightly probably due to wear. Patches of dark green patina remain in places. Such plain rings are difficult to date and may have had a range of uses including suspension rings on straps.
