A worn cast copper-alloy double looped buckle frame of Post-Medieval date. It has D-shaped loops with expanded outer edges, separated at their centre by an integrally cast bar that is triangular in section and with slight projections at each side of the frame. The outer edges have concave crescent shaped mouldings at each corner of the outer edge, the back face of the buckle is flat and undecorated. The pin is missing due to old breaks. It measures 28.81mm in width, 31.28mm in length, 2.93mm in thickness and 7.72g in weight. This buckle is identical to an example published from Norwich (Margeson, 1993: no. 175). It is of Post-Medieval date, c.16th-17th centuries AD.
