Just over half of a post-medieval black-lacquered copper alloy double-looped buckle frame, both loops oval, with a lobe at the ends of the bar and a very poorly moulded rosette in the centre of the edge(s). Cf. Whitehead 2003, no. 408 and Margerson 1993, no. 174. Estimated length 39mm. Width 29mm. c.1550 - c.1650.
