An unpatinated flint squat flake of later Prehistoric date. It is struck from a dark grey flint with striking platform that retains its cortex and hinge fracture at the proximal end. The dorsal face has linited flake removal and possible limited, low retouch to one side. It measures 26.84mm in length, 33.99mm in width, 10.70mm in thickness and 8.11g in weight. This flake is of later Prehistoric date, probably Neolithic to Bronze Age, c.4000-800 BC.
