Possible Iron Age or Roman (1st century BC to AD 4th century) beaded bracelet: The bracelet is a row of nine bulbous semi-circular sectioned knops with a broken edge at each terminal. The fragment is concave in profile with the knopped surface being concave and the flat surface being concave. The surface is abraded and does not have a well developed patina. It measures 56.4mm long, 8.94mm wide, 4.59mm thick and weighs 11.2g.
The fragment is possibly a bracelet, and if this is the case it is damaged as the curvature is wrong. The surface is abraded and the lack of a well developed patina suggests it is not prehistoric so may possibly be Roman. An example from Brailes, Warwickshire is recorded on the PAS database; WAW-0507F5.
