An incomplete and worn copper-alloy zoomorphic foot from a Medieval cooking vessel. Only part of the base of the foot survives, the remainder of the object is missing due to old breaks, now worn.
It is pointed oval in form and plano-convex in section, terminating at the top of the foot in old breaks.
This vessel foot measures 22.27mm in height, 22.59mm in length, 21.26mm in width, 14.99mm in thickness, 45.62g in weight.
There is a similar example from London (Egan, 1998, p. 164, no. 457).
