Gold coin. North East Coast left type stater of the Corieltauvi, ABC no. 1722, Van Arsdell no. 804 described as Reduced Weight Type, Haselgrove period 2 phase 6, issue of 50-20 BC.
Obverse description: Apollo wreath with narrow cloak of lines and pellets, two crescents at the end of a stick with two peltae, a horned figure at edge or in exergue.
Reverse description: Celticised horse left, pellet below horse and solar pellets above horse, zig-zags with pellets in triangles in the exergue, a coffee bean or eye shape in front of and behind horse.
