A Medieval copper-alloy harness pendant.
The damaged pendant takes the form of an inverted fleur-de-lis and is of thin section, with a hollow underside. The upper end of the pendant tapers into a right-angled loop, the aperture of which is filled with iron corrosion. Traces of gilding survive on both the upper and lower surfaces of the pendant, and there is also a circular-sectioned rivet hole at the centre.
