A possible copper alloy phallic shaped mount dating to the Roman period.
The object features a circular-sectioned shaft which tapers to a rounded point. At the other end of the shaft is a double raised collar on one side of the object. From the second collar projects two rounded knops. Between the two collars is an area of iron corrosion perhaps suggesting the method of attachment.
There are other phallic mounts recorded on the PAS database, for example see WAW-7C0283.
