A complete cast lead gaming piece of Early Medieval date, c. 800-1100.
The gaming piece is sub-hemispherical, with the circular of a shank just off-centre of the peak of the piece. The base of the piece is slightly concave, and when resting flat on a surface, the piece leans slightly. Further, the base is oval in shape rather than circular.
