Cast lead token with the initials 'H A' on the obverse and 'T C' on the reverse. The initials on both sides are between a border of parallel lines above and below with seven perpendicular transverse lines running from the upper border to the edge of the token. The edge of each face of the token also has a ring of pellets, which acts as a border around the other raised devices. A similar lead token can be seen in CORN-7D5157 with the letters 'A H' on the obverse and the letters 'T C' on the reverse.
Fletcher (2003) illustrates similar tokens with initials on them on page 31, which are dated to the Medieval period, c.1300-1500.
