A complete cast copper-alloy stud of Post-Medieval date.
It has a circular, domed head with an undecorated front face. On the back face is an integrally cast rivet. This is trapezoidal in section and tapers to a point.
This stud measures 14.09mm in diameter, 1.37mm in thickness, 18.88mm in length, 1.72g in weight.
There is a similar example from Norwich (Margeson, 1993, p. 83, no. 529).
