An incomplete copper-alloy double-looped buckle frame of Medieval date. It is missing the pin.
The frame is D-shaped in section with a slightly expanded outer edge. The bar is central and trapezoidal in section.
This buckle frame measures 22.21mm in length, 17.77mm in width, 2.56mm in thickness, 2.52g in weight.
There are similar examples from London (Egan and Prichard, 1991, p. 83, no. 337, 339).
