An incomplete copper alloy terret, of Late Iron Age dating 300 BC - AD 100. Around 25% of the terret is present, the rest presumed lost in antiquity. The profile of the terret is oval in cross section and originally the object would have been D-shaped. There is decoration along the length in a La Tene style possibly a tendril. Similar to WMID-2BCB95, YORYM-4C6C21 and YORYM-C23B67 on the database.
The length is 44mm, the width is 15mm thickness 7mm and the weight 8.26g.
