An incomplete lead cloth seal. One part of a probable two-part seal. An incomplete sub-circular disc with a broken projecting tab at one side. On the face is central longitudinal ridge with three (remaining) transverse ridges across it. Above are the numbers 17 and on the left is a possibl number 6 or letter C or G. At the back are two integral rivets or spikes (one incomplete). The disc is bent and broken at the lower edge.
