A complete Medieval to Post Medieval cast lead circular unifaced token (1250-1800 AD). Powell type 30. The token has a design of five randomly spaced raised pellets on the obverse and a flat, undecorated reverse. The token measures 18.61mm in diameter, 2.75mm thick and weighs 4.3grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely and those with simple designs could be Medieval or Post Medieval in date (1250-1800 AD).
