Post Medieval lead alloy two disc type cloth seal. Only part of one disc remains with the central rivet which would have attached it to the other disc. About half of the disc, with the connecting strip, has broken away. The complete disc is plain. The end of the rivet shows part of the stamped design of three overlapping lozenge outlines along a central line. It is now 23.7mm by 16.3mm and 3.6mm thick and it weighs 4.00 grams.
This may be a privy mark used by a weaver, dyer or searcher. Without more detail it is hard to date but the general style suggests it may be post medieval.
