A Roman copper-alloy Q-Radiate of Allectus dating to the period AD 293-296 (Reece period 14). VIRTVS AVG reverse type depicting a galley left with mast, cabin and four crew; no waves. C Mint, QC. RIC V, pt 2, -. Although not in RIC, a few specimens with the obverse legend IMP C ALLECTVS P F I AVG have been recorded. This coin is included in Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.
