Incomplete and worn copper alloy book clasp. Broken across 'fish tail' terminal at one end, with a circular piercing surounded by tow concentric rings and broken across a second piercing with concentric rings at the other. Width of body 10.5mm. Surviving length 22mm. Circa 16th century.
