A copper alloy sestertius, probably of Commodus (AD 180-192), possibly dating to AD 190 (Reece Period 9), possibly SAECVLI FELIC reverse with caduceus and crossed cornucopiae. Mint of Rome. RIC III, p. 430, cf. no. 565. The coin has been heavily corroded, leading to significant weight loss.
