A copper-alloy multi-purpose ring of unknown date but possibly dating to the Medieval/Post Medieval period. It is plain with evidence of tooling marks on both faces. Rings like these are numerous and would have been multi-purpose, eg.for hanging keys from a belt etc.
Overall the ring is 28.30mm in diameter, 2.50mm thick and weighs 6.00g.
