Obverse: +SANCTVS NIChOLAV , A mitre within an inner circle. Initial cross: cross pommee?

Reverse: AVE:/REX:/GEN:/T[], Long cross fourchee dividing the legend, three pellets in each angle of the cross, all within an inner circle.
