The ring is complete and has similar decoration to Late Roman or Early Saxon bracelets. The terminals are currently overlapping with a space between them, if straightened the ring would have had a large diameter of c. 30mm. The decoration is symmetrical and the terminals are decorated with an incised line c.10mm from the end, with a central punched dot either side. Beyond the second punched dot is a row of punched dots across the ring’s width. The main body of the ring has another lengthways row of punched dots. The terminals are slightly rounded.","The strip is likely to be a large finger ring, since it seems to be too small for even a child’s bracelet.
