A lead-alloy pilgrim badge depicting St Margaret of Antioch, also known as Margaret the Virgin, dating from the medieval period. The face depicts a robed female figure holding a cross in her right hand and a book in her left, standing on top of a dragon. This depiction relates to the story of St Margaret, who was reputed to have been swallowed by Satan in the form of a dragon-she escaped when her cross irritated the dragon's innards, causing him to vomit his ill-gotten meal. The reverse has the Christogram IHS within a circular border decorated with a continuous zigzag. An attachment loop has been integrally cast on the top. An identical badge, SWYOR-EB3223, may be found on this database.

This badge/pendant has been published by Lewis (2013, 280-281, fig. 11).
