A medieval cast copper alloy hollow spherical sword pommel; the upper and lower faces are flat and the apertures where the blade tang was inserted are torn. The decorative features are indistinct and comprise three pointed oval bosses arranged equally around the circumference. The hole for the tang measures 29.6 x 8.31mm.
The pommel probably dates to the 12th or 3th century.
