A nearly complete cast copper alloy Medieval to Post Medieval double loop annular buckle, c. 1350 - 1650 AD.
The buckle consists of a simple double loop oval frame with bevelled inside edges and no further decoration; the pin is missing. The buckle has an uneven dark green patina.
The frame is 22.1 mm in length, 18.1mm in width, 3.4mm thick and weighs 3.8 grams.
