Pottery rim sherd from a bowl with an unusual split rim. Roxby Greyware. Ian Rowlandson kindly identified this sherd, noting that the flat rim is a feature not yet remarked in the extensive formal publications of works at Dragonby, Winterton and elsewhere. Suggested date: Early Roman, 2nd century, 100-200.
