A complete cast lead alloy Medieval or Post Medieval uniface circular token dating to c. AD 1250-1800. Powell Type 1. The token is decorated with a seven-petalled flower with a pellet in the center. The reverse is blank. The token is 19.07mm in diameter, 2.05mm thick and weighs 4.4grams. Tokens with simple designs are easy to make and continued in use for a long period; therefore a general date of c. 1250-1800 AD is suggested.
