A Medieval silver coin: a halfpenny of Henry VI (1422-61), leaf-pellet issue, London mint, dating from AD 1445 - 1454. It is 14.2mm in diameter and 0.7mm thick. It weighs 0.45gm. See Withers' type PL.11/g on page 41 of Halfpennies and Farthings, Henry IV, V and VI.
