Two wide, rectangular-sectioned ovoid loops, interlinked and affixed at one end by a truncated bar. Each loop is decorated with applied twisted gold wires forming a running lozenge pattern with loops at the borders, interspersed with tiny globular gold beads.
Of unknown function - perhaps part of an earring or decoration for a hair pin. Stylistically, however, it is consistent with late 19th century jewellery of archaising design.

In age and precious metal content the object does not qualify as treasure under the terms of the 1996 Treasure Act.
