A silver gilt annular brooch fragment that is broken into three pieces. This consists of a trapezoid cross-section frame and sequentially spaced collet and hemispherical knops. Each of the collets are held by two forking branches that have trefoil, foliate terminals. There is a third trefoil mount at the junction of each fork. The hemispherical knops are decorated by closely packed pellets. Only two collets and two knops remain, this representing about 50% of the original brooch.
