A Roman silver coin: a denarius of Caracalla (AD198-217), SECVRIT ORBIS reverse showing Securitas seated left. It is 19.1mm in diameter and 2.1mm thick. It weighs 3.16gm. Reference: Sear, volume 2, number 6886 which cites RIC 351b. Wildwinds says that RIC 351 (Laodicea) is the same as RIC 44.
